Convention Chairperson

Serves as chairperson of the annual convention committee.

Works closely with the BOD to delegate responsibilities for the annual convention.

Reports to the Board of Directors at monthly meetings.
Convention Committee Member

Plan and execute the organization's annual convention.

Speaker Coordinator

Coordinates planning of speakers for monthly meetings and conference opening and closing speakers.

Manages organization website speaker submissions.

Compiling speaker topic, contact information, date of engagement, and any supplemental materials to website designer.
Website Coordinator

Manages website through communication with website developer.

Works with BOD to maintain website and ensure website is meeting organization needs.

Works with Speaker Coordinator to set up monthly meetings through website and update if needed.

Manages recordings of monthly meetings to ensure they are uploaded to a stored place within the website to be shared with members.

Works with Convention Chairperson to update website concerning Convention information.
Social Media Coordinator

Manages the organization presence on the NCNAC Facebook and Instagram pages.

Engages with members and non-members on social media platforms not associated with, but related to NCNAC.

Coordinates with other BOD to create and manage posts about updates or announcements for members concerning monthly meetings, convention, etc.
