LEAD Initiative
Hello!
My name is Kassi and I am a lecturer for the school of nursing at Indiana University Kokomo. Last fall, I started a student empowerment/coaching program entitled, "LEAD" or "Learn Empower Advance Deliver". This initiative was meant to coach students who struggled to find the best way to prepare for class, study, manage time and coursework, and more.
I am grateful to be a member of this organization and would love to hear from others about resources that could aid in my teams' ability to support this generation of nursing students. Please do not hesitate to share what has worked for you!

I am interested in hearing about LEAD! My colleague and I do a lot of time management, study skills, test-taking strategies, we even do NCLEX planning/prep along with a mock experience for students. Would you ever be interested in connecting via Zoom call? I'd love to exchange resources and ideas!
